How this server differs
If you have played Conquer before, or you are reading a guide from anywhere else, start here. Eden Conquer changes several things that most guides assume.
| Stock Conquer | Here |
|---|---|
| Six or more classes | Four — Trojan, Warrior, Archer, Taoist |
| Start at level 1 with nothing | Start at level 15, fully equipped, with 50,000 silver |
| 1x experience | 3x experience |
| Three lives (rebirth twice, then reincarnate) | Two rebirths. Reincarnation is switched off |
| Craft a Celestial Stone from gems | Celestial Stone is bought, not crafted |
| Free-gear quests start at scattered NPCs | They all start at one NPC in the Job Center |
Picking your class
Four classes are available at character creation. There is no Ninja, Monk or Pirate on this server. Taoists split into Water or Fire at level 40 — you make that choice later, not now.
🛡 Warrior
The safest first character. Heaviest armour, the only class that can use a shield, and it starts with Superman already learned — the skill that multiplies damage against monsters and makes grinding trivial. One weapon, one proficiency. If you are not sure, pick this.
🏹 Archer
Ranged, and the best money-maker in the game once grown — other players will pay you to power-level them. Squishy, and bow proficiency climbs slowly. Starts with the XP-fly skill.
🗡 Trojan
Starts with Cyclone, Fast Blade and Scream Sword already learned. Dual-wields two one-handed weapons from level 40, so you fund two weapons and grind two proficiencies. Weak to magic.
🔮 Taoist
Starts with Cure, Thunder, Lightning and Chain Bolt. At level 40 you choose: Water (heal, revive, buff — needs a group, but rebirths ten levels early at 110) or Fire (heavy damage, expensive on mana).
Your first five minutes
You do not start at level 1 here. A brand-new character is created at level 15 in Twin City, already wearing a full set of equipment, holding 50,000 silver, and with its core class skills already learned.
| Class | Skills you already have |
|---|---|
| Warrior | Superman, Shield, Accuracy, Roar |
| Trojan | Cyclone, Fast Blade, Scream Sword |
| Archer | XP Fly |
| Taoist | Cure, Thunder, Lightning, Chain Bolt |
So what do you actually do first?
- Go and get promoted. The Job Center is its own map, and all four class trainers are there. You can take your first promotion straight away.
- Don't spend the 50,000 silver on gear. Your promotions hand you better equipment than you can buy at this level, for free. Spend it on a socketed weapon instead — see Gems.
- Find the Market. Every workshop NPC that matters — upgrading, composing, blessing, repairing — is in one row in the Market, along with the rebirth NPC. See The Market workshop.
Stats, skills & proficiency
Your stats are chosen for you — until you reborn
Conquer has four stats: Strength (damage), Agility (accuracy, speed, dodge), Vitality (HP) and Spirit (magic).
Before your first rebirth the game allocates your points for you from a fixed per-class template. Every Archer of the same level has the same base stats. This is why "best build" discussions are all about reborn characters — before that, there is no build to choose.
After rebirth you allocate freely, and you get a lot to allocate. The standard melee rule: put in exactly enough Strength and Agility to wear your weapon, and dump everything else into Vitality. HP wins fights.
Weapon proficiency
Every weapon type has its own proficiency, raised by landing hits with it. Higher proficiency means more damage and better accuracy.
- Proficiency gain scales with damage dealt, so hitting monsters below your level levels it faster.
- Violet gems boost proficiency gain — socket one while grinding a new weapon type up.
- Skill hits feed spell experience, not weapon proficiency. If you are trying to raise a weapon, swing it.
Bows level noticeably more slowly than melee weapons. Plan for it.
Where to level
Experience here is 3x. That is a modest rate, not a fast one — you will spend real time in each of these brackets, so being in the right place actually matters. Grinding the wrong map is the difference between an evening and a week.
| Level | Map | What is there |
|---|---|---|
| 15–30 | Adventure Island | Fire Snake Spirit, Tough Snake (level 1) — harmless, good for a new weapon |
| 22–32 | Central Plain (Twin City) | Ghost King, Human Aide, Human Messenger (22) |
| 32–45 | Forest (Phoenix Castle) | Cateran (32), Poisonous Rat (37), Lonely Tyrant (45) |
| 42–57 | Globe Forest | Huge Snake (42), Bandit Leader (52), Huge Spirit (57) |
| 47–77 | Canyon (Ape City) | Monkey (47), Giant Ape (52), Thunder Ape (57), Snakeman (62), Titan (77) |
| 67–82 | Desert | Sand Monster (67), Hill Monster (72), Rock Monster (77), Blade Ghost (82) |
| 78–118 | Sky City Pass | Tiered all the way up: 78 / 88 / 98 / 108 / 118. The best single map for the long middle |
| 87–100 | Island (Bird Island) | Birdman (87), Hawk (92), Robber (97), Bandit (100) |
| 102–117 | Mystic Castle | Bat (102), Bloody Bat (107), Bull (112), Devil (117) |
| 105–125 | Labyrinth, floors 1–4 | 105 → 125 by floor |
| 120+ | Evil Abyss | Dense level-120 monsters |
Every other map now pays the same 3x. There are no hidden per-map bonuses left, so pick your spot on monster level and density alone.
Remember Hill Monsters in the Desert. They drop the Emerald you need for your level 70 promotion. Pick one up while you are levelling through that bracket rather than hunting for it later.
Free EXP
Enlightenment
Any player more than 20 levels above you who has enlightenment points can Enlighten you. You can receive it five times, and it keeps paying out over time after they cast it. It costs the giver nothing they cannot regenerate, so most will do it for free — just ask in world chat.
Offline Training
The Offline Training Ground is its own map with an NPC that banks experience while you are logged out. Choose it when you log off rather than just closing the client — it is free experience for time you were not playing anyway.
Get power-levelled
The server actively rewards high-level players for dragging newcomers along: anyone level 70+ earns virtue points for levelling someone at least 20 levels below them, which they redeem with Shelby in the Market for experience and meteors. That means people have a concrete reason to help you. Ask.
Daily and weekly events
There is a large slate of scheduled content run from Twin City — Elite PK, Team PK, Class PK War, Weekly and Monthly PK War, Capture the Flag, Guild War, Power Arena, Horse Racing and Couples PK, each with its own envoy NPC. Most reward experience or items well beyond what grinding pays. Check what is running before you settle in for a grind session.
Promotions
Promotions are half of your free gear (the quest ladder is the other half). Each one hands you Super-quality equipment — the top tier — and together they are the main reason not to buy gear while you level.
All four class trainers stand in the Job Center, which is its own map. Promotions come at 40, 70, 100 and 110, on top of the first one you can take immediately at 15.
| Level | Bring | You receive (first life only) |
|---|---|---|
| 15 | nothing | your first promotion |
| 40 | nothing | Super shield + Super weapon Taoists choose Water or Fire here |
| 70 | 1 Emerald | Super armour + Super ring |
| 100 | 1 Meteor | Super +2 weapon, 2 sockets |
| 110 | 1 Moon Box | Super +3 weapon, 2 sockets, and a free DragonBall |
Exact item names vary by class — a Warrior's level 110 reward is a +3 Mythic Blade, for instance. The tier, plus level and socket count are the same across classes.
Where to get the materials
- Emerald — drops from Hill Monsters in the Desert. The trainer will tell you the same thing if you turn up without one.
- Meteor — drops widely, and trades cheaply in the Market.
- Moon Box — buy it or trade for it well before you hit 110.
The quest gear ladder
Sixteen quest chains, running from level 22 to level 115, each one handing you a piece of equipment well above what you could find or afford at that level. Together with your promotions they will clothe you all the way to rebirth without you spending a coin.
| Level | Quest chain | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| 22 | The Connector | Refined necklace |
| 30 | Spun Gold Armor | Level 32 Unique armour |
| 40 | Azure Pill | Level 43 Unique ring |
| 45 | Artisan's Feather | Level 50 Unique weapon |
| 48 | Mystic Ring | Level 52 Unique headgear |
| 50 | Frantic Monkeys ⭐ | Level 55 Elite weapon |
| 55 | Soul of General | Level 60 Elite boots |
| 60 | Mad Man | Level 67 Elite headgear |
| 75 | Ghost City | Level 87 Elite armour |
| 78 | Tomboy's Marriage | Level 82 Elite necklace |
| 85 | Desert Blood | Level 90 Elite ring |
| 90 | Hero's Wings ⭐ | Super headgear |
| 95 | Family Feud ⭐ | Level 97 Super necklace |
| 98 | Desert Treasure ⭐ | Level 100 Super boots |
| 105 | Desert Expedition ⭐ | Level 110 Super ring |
| 115 | Power Book ⭐ | Level 120 Super armour |
Frantic Monkeys at 50 is the standout of the early game — an Elite weapon at level 55, free, when you would otherwise be swinging something Refined. Taskmaster Chang sends you to Officer Bao in Ape City at (553,584), who wants a Decayed Heart from the Macaques.
From level 90 the ladder starts paying Super quality — the top tier. Follow it to the end and you arrive at rebirth wearing Super headgear, necklace, boots, ring and armour that cost you nothing.
Also at 100 — your talismans
Two more chains open at level 100, both starting with Sugar Tang on Bird Island (685,599): the Attack Talisman and the Defense Talisman. Each runs nine or ten stages and sends you around several maps, so treat them as a project rather than an afternoon.
Talismans take Thunder gems (attack) and Glory gems (defence) — the only place those two gems can go. They are also exempt from the rebirth downgrade, so they are worth investing in.
Reading gear — quality tiers
Every item exists in five quality tiers, written into the item's name:
| Item name | Tier |
|---|---|
| Steel Blade | Normal |
| Refined Steel Blade | Refined |
| Unique Steel Blade | Unique |
| Elite Steel Blade | Elite |
| Super Steel Blade | Super — the top tier |
Unique → Elite is the biggest single step. Getting a Normal item up to Refined is rarely worth the materials. Since your promotions hand you Super gear for free, most of your upgrading effort should go into levelling that gear rather than raising the quality of something worse.
Shorthand you will see in trade chat
L120 Super -2 +3 means: level 120 item, Super quality, 2 sockets,
composed to +3.
The Market workshop
Almost everything you will ever do to an item happens in one short row of NPCs in the Market. The rebirth NPC is in the same place.
🔨 Equipment Blacksmith
Upgrade quality, upgrade item level, and lower item level. It never fails — it just costs more DragonBalls than a gambling artisan would.
He mentions "Artisan Wind" in his dialogue. That NPC does not exist here, so there is no cheaper gamble option — this is the only upgrader.
🔥 Wuxing Oven
Composing (the +1 to +9 bonus),
enchanting, and stone composing — turning three
stones into one of the next level up.
✨ Ethereal
Adds blessing to an item — the negative numbers. Each bless point is 1% less damage taken. Paid for in Super Tortoise Gems, or you can get your first one free by choosing a blessed first rebirth.
🛠 Godly Artisan
Repairs maximum durability — the damage ordinary repairs cannot undo. Bring anything you have been wearing for a long time.
Composing, and why it gets expensive
Composing adds +1 through +9: more damage on weapons, more
defence on armour. It never fails. The cost is not risk, it is quantity —
each level needs three of the level below, so the cost triples every step:
| Bonus | Base items or stones |
|---|---|
| +1 | 3 |
| +2 | 9 |
| +3 | 27 |
| +4 | 81 |
| +5 | 243 |
| +6 | 729 |
| +7 | 2,187 |
A realistic target for a new player is +1 to +3 — and note your promotions already hand you a +2 weapon at 100 and a +3 at 110, which is a very large head start.
Gems
| Gem | What it does | Worth it? |
|---|---|---|
| Rainbow | Character experience | Yes — until 130 |
| Violet | Weapon proficiency | Temporarily, on a new weapon type |
| Moon | Spell experience | Taoists grinding spells |
| Dragon | Physical attack | Endgame, melee and archer |
| Phoenix | Magic attack | Endgame, casters |
| Fury | Hit accuracy | Situational |
| Tortoise | Damage reduction | PvP, and feeds blessing at Ethereal |
| Thunder | Attack — talismans only | Once you have a talisman |
| Glory | Defence — talismans only | Once you have a talisman |
| Kylin | Weapon durability | No — repairs are cheap |
Each gem comes in Normal, Refined and Super. Composing them upward is done in the Market, and mining yields normal gems for free, which makes composing-and-selling a decent early income.
Making money
- Power-level newcomers. At level 70+, levelling someone 20+ levels below you earns virtue points, redeemed with Shelby in the Market for experience and meteors. Archers are best at this, and people will pay you on top.
- Run the Labyrinth. Its four floors drop Sun, Moon, Star and Cloud Diamonds, which Simon in Twin City exchanges for rewards. The floors scale from level 105 to 125, so work down as your gear allows.
- Mine. Free ore and free normal gems, which compose into refined gems that sell.
- Flip in the Market. Meteors, DragonBalls and gems all have a liquid player market.
Rebirth, step by step
Rebirth grants bonus attribute points based on the level you rebirth at, and the curve is steep at the top:
| Rebirth at | Bonus points | Water Taoist rebirth at | Bonus points |
|---|---|---|---|
| 120 | 0 | 110 | 0 |
| 122 | 3 | 114 | 3 |
| 124 | 10 | 118 | 10 |
| 126 | 21 | 122 | 21 |
| 128 | 36 | 126 | 36 |
| 130 | 55 — maximum | 130 | 55 — maximum |
Rebirthing at 120 instead of 130 costs 55 permanent attribute points, on that character, forever. Every level counts, not just the even ones — and since surplus experience is discarded from 130 onward anyway, 130 is exactly where you want to be.
Step 1 — be fully promoted
You cannot rebirth until you have taken every promotion, including the one at 110. A level 130 character who skipped a promotion will be turned away.
Step 2 — buy a Celestial Stone
Step 3 — 🚨 bank your gear first 🚨
Gear in your warehouse is untouched. Strip everything, store it, and walk to the rebirth NPC empty-handed.
A few slots are exempt and survive being worn: garment, steed, riding crop, talismans, bottle and weapon accessories. Everything else — weapon, armour, helmet, necklace, ring, boots — gets crushed. Your off-hand weapon is removed outright.
Step 4 — the Rebirth Master
The Rebirth Master stands in the Market. He offers two kinds of rebirth:
- Normal — a chance at a Super gem.
- Blessed — puts a -1 bless onto an item you are wearing, which is 1% less damage taken, forever.
Step 5 — you are level 15 again
- Your level drops to 15 and your stats are wiped to zero
- You receive a large pool of freely assignable attribute points — the base pool plus up to 55 bonus for rebirthing at 130
- You keep key skills from your old class — see below
- Weapon proficiency and spell levels reset, and must be re-ground from scratch
The second rebirth
Same level requirements, but instead of a Celestial Stone you need an Exemption Token. The payoff is much bigger:
Choosing your rebirth class
You can rebirth into any of the four classes. What makes a combination good is which skills carry over.
| First life | Notable carry-over |
|---|---|
| Warrior | Reflect ⭐, Shield, Roar, Superman |
| Trojan | Cyclone, Spirit Healing |
| Archer | Poisonous Arrows, low-level bows |
| Water Taoist | Cure, Invisibility, Magic Shield, Stigma, Meditation |
| Fire Taoist | Thunder, Fire, Cure, Meditation |
Two specific pieces of advice
Think twice before rebirthing your Archer. A high-level Archer is the best power-levelling and money-making character here, and the server pays virtue points for exactly that. Many players keep one un-reborn on purpose.
Water Taoist first life is a real strategy — you rebirth ten levels earlier and carry Cure, Stigma, Magic Shield and Meditation into a melee body. The cost is that levelling a Water Taoist to 130 is the hardest grind here and needs a reliable group. Solo player? Go Warrior first.
Costly mistakes
- Rebirthing at 120. It costs 55 permanent attribute points versus waiting for 130, and past 130 surplus experience is discarded anyway. See Rebirth.
- Wearing your gear to the Rebirth Master. Everything equipped is downgraded. Bank it first. People lose whole geared sets this way.
- Skipping a promotion. They are the free gear ladder here — Super equipment at 40, 70, 100 and 110, plus a DragonBall. And you cannot rebirth at all until you have taken every one of them.
- Buying gear at every level. Your promotions out-clothe anything you can afford. Spend on gems and on upgrading what you were given.
- Never talking to Taskmaster Chang. Sixteen free gear chains start with him in the Job Center, and nothing points you at him. Check in every time you hit a level on the ladder.
- Planning around a third life. Reincarnation is switched off here, so Pure Skills cannot be obtained. Any guide that tells you to line up three lives of the same class is describing a different server.
- Trying to craft a Celestial Stone. It is bought, not made. There is no Clean Water to farm.
- Grinding on the Training Ground. It runs at the vanilla 1x rate, so you level three times slower there than anywhere else.
- Ignoring Enlightenment. Five free boosts from anyone 20+ levels above you, and it costs them nothing to give.
- Chasing quality instead of sockets. Two Rainbow gems will get you to 130 faster than any upgrade you could buy.
- Reaching 110 without a Moon Box. The best promotion reward in the game is sitting behind one cheap item. Have it ready.
